Hey everyone! My names Bree,and I started this blog to help me get into shape.
I play a ton of sports,many of which need me to be in shape and ready to run. I am not good at exercising daily. So the other day I was thinking of a way to help me get in shape and motivate me. And I thought,well why not set up a blog!
That was a great idea,and I have an idea on how to keep it up.I will post what I did and how long I did it and at the end of the week I will post how many hours/minutes I did that week. If I do the amount of hours I planned,I get a day off.If not,I have to make up the hours + one more. Sounds fair.
What do you guys think? I would love to know,and if you want to help follow,comment, and be my motivation! :)

I'll follow, its no big deal for me. I'm trying to get in shape (or be less shapeish, and if you've seen my picture you'll know what I mean) as well. You can do this :)
